Workshops Designed For Inclusion
Our workshops are designed with inclusivity in mind, allowing musicians of all abilities to explore their creativity. They take place in community projects, local and regional arts centres, SEN/D schools, care homes linked to Northern Ireland health trusts, and at our three studios in Newry, Belfast, and Derry. We also collaborate with partners such as the Sonic Arts Research Centre at Queen’s University Belfast and deliver workshops at Ableton Live events. Sessions are tailored to participants’ needs and can be run as one-to-one tuition, group sessions, or small ensembles. Using state-of-the-art commercial music technology, specialist accessible devices, and even bespoke DIY musical interfaces built in-house, musicians are empowered to compose, perform, and experiment. The flagship Music For All workshops provide real-time performance ensembles, non-real-time composition groups, and solo creative opportunities, ensuring full accessibility for individuals with single or multiple disabilities.
